A growing dilemma!
Life is moving at an alarming rate. For most of us, times have become increasingly more unpredictable. Do you find your health slips further and further away from you with each passing year? Quality of life, good nutrition and exercise have become secondary to 'making' it in our careers or simply keeping up with the mounting load of bills. Even though more and more research has shown us the value of good nutrition, the fast food industry has still doubled in size to well over 120 billion dollars in the last six years. Our cholesterol and blood sugar levels are rising out of control.
Ask Yourself These Questions:
