Reachable Leaders
When you get involved with any company you should check out the corporate team or leaders. You should find out what each one is bringing to the table. Find out the motivation behind each one of your team leaders. Take this one a step further by meeting the team. Look at how each of your leaders present them selves. What they are passionate about.
Make sure that your leaders are reachable, what good is a leader if you can't reach them either by email, phone or best of all face to face. When you have strong leadership that is 110% behind you. Your company you can't lose. When you run across questions or set backs, having a strong cooperate team makes all the difference in the world.
